What we collect

We collect host account data, waitlist submissions, event content, guest contact data, RSVP responses, operational metadata, usage and activity events, billing metadata, abuse-review records, and model interaction logs used for trust and safety analysis.

How we use it

We use data to run the service, deliver email, process payments, measure reliability, investigate abuse, review suspicious invitation behavior, and support analytics and operator workflows.

Service providers

We may share relevant data with infrastructure providers, transactional email providers, payment providers, and model providers that help us operate LeafInvite and detect abuse.

Operator-controlled systems

We may maintain replicated copies of service data on operator-controlled systems used for analytics, trust and safety, support, and agent-assisted operations.

Retention and review

We retain operational and abuse-review records as needed to secure the service, understand account history, and respond to support or policy issues.
